Qualities
To be a good leader, you need to have the right qualities. Being able to collaborate with a team is one valuable quality that someone holds. You can train students to be co-operative by allowing them to participate in more activities that involves working in a team such as sport games like Under and Over. Also, they need to have respect for others. They need to have manners that portray or reflect who they are. This is important because you can't have a person going up to the school saying rude impolite things, that can potentially ruin the schools reputation.

Fairness- When everyone has an equal share.
Trustworthy- The ability to be relied on.
Supportive- Providing encouragement for others.
Co-operate- working together as a team.
Confidence- The ability to complete things with pride.
Creativity- When you are able to have imagination to create ideas.
Sportsmanship- Fairness of following the rules of the game and still having a good attitude even though you have lost.
How we can show these qualities:
Fairness- If you had a turn with playing with the ball on the playground, then you can give it to someone who hasn't had a turn
Trustworthy- If someone gives a job, then you have to complete it by the time they need it done.
Supportive- If there is someone in your team in a race then you could cheer for them.
Co-operation- When given an activity that includes teamwork, you would share different responsibilities.
Confidence- Always have hope even though you think that you will not make it competition.
